Public Offer Agreement for Legal Services

for attorney Anna Bondarenko's website

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") by attorney Anna Bondarenko (hereinafter referred to as the "Attorney"), addressed to legally capable individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), who wish to use one-time services:

● Consultations (verbal/written);● Acquisition of document templates;● Document legalization (apostille, requests to government agencies);● Other services that do not require the conclusion of an individual agreement.

1.2. For services requiring an individual approach (court representation, M&A support, business structuring), a separate agreement is concluded.

2. Parties to the Agreement

● Attorney: Anna Bondarenko, member of the National Association of Attorneys of Ukraine, practicing lawyer in Ukraine and the EU.● Client: a person who has accepted the Offer.

3. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement 

3.1. Acceptance of the Offer is carried out through:

● Filling out an application on the website/in messenger;● Partial or full payment for the service;● Receiving a document template after payment.

3.2. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment payment is received to the Attorney's account.

4. Terms of Service Provision 

4.1. Execution Terms:

● For document templates — up to 24 hours after payment;● For consultations — within the timeframes agreed upon by the parties.

4.2. Remote Service:

● All communications are conducted through email/messengers;● Documents are provided in electronic format (PDF/DOCX).

4.3. Special Cases:

● When notarization/translation of documents is required, conditions are negotiated separately.

5. Payment and Refund

5.1. Cost of Services:

● Fixed — for templates and standard consultations (indicated on the website);● Individual — determined after analyzing the request.

5.2. Refund is possible only in cases:

● Inability to provide the service due to the Attorney's fault;● Client's refusal before the start of service provision.

6. Personal Data and Confidentiality

6.1. The Client agrees to data processing to the extent necessary for the execution of the agreement, in accordance with:

● GDPR (for residents of the EU/Spain);● Law of Ukraine №2297-VI. 6.2

6.2. The Attorney undertakes to:

● Store data on secured servers in Germany (for EU clients);● Destroy data 5 years after the termination of cooperation.

7. Compliance and Restrictions

7.1. The Attorney does not provide services to:

● Persons under international sanctions;● Clients whose requests contradict the legislation of Ukraine/EU.

8. Responsibility of the Parties 

8.1. The Attorney is not responsible for:

● Inability to achieve the desired result due to actions/inaction of the Client;● Use of document templates not for their intended purpose

8.2. The Client compensates for losses caused by providing false information.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. Changes to the Offer come into force after publication on the website.

9.2. Disputes are resolved:

● For clients from Ukraine — in the courts of Kyiv;● For clients from the EU — through mediation in Barcelona
