User Agreement (Terms & Conditions)

for attorney Anna Bondarenko's website

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement regulates the use of the website https://attorney-bondarenko.com/ (далі — «Сайт») and applies to all visitors (hereinafter referred to as the "User")

1.2. Website Owner:

Anna Bondarenko, attorney, member of the National Association of Attorneys of Ukraine.

1.3. Use of the Website means the User's unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Obligations of the Website Owner:

● Ensure the functionality of the Website and protection of personal data in accordance with GDPR and Law of Ukraine №2297-VI.● Provide up-to-date information on services, costs, and terms of cooperation.● Maintain attorney-client privilege and data confidentiality.

2.2. Obligations of the User:

● Not to use the Website to distribute illegal content, spam, or malicious programs.● Not to copy, distribute, or modify Website materials without the written consent of the Owner.● To familiarize themselves with the Privacy Policy and Offer Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All Website materials (texts, images, document templates) are subject to copyright and protected by the legislation of Ukraine, the EU, and international agreements

3.2. Use of Website materials is permitted only for personal non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to:

● Publish content on third-party resources without a link to the Website.● Make changes to document templates and present them as own developments.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Information on the Website is of a general nature and does not replace personal legal consultation.

4.2. The Website Owner is not responsible for:

● Damage caused by use/non-use of information from the Website.● Incorrect operation of the Website due to technical failures or actions of third parties.● Interpretation of legislation by the User without consultation with an attorney.

5. Rules for Using Information

5.1. The User has the right to:

● Apply for services through contact forms on the Website.● Use free materials (articles, instructions) for personal purposes.

5.2. It is prohibited to:

● Post personal data of third parties on the Website without their consent.● Use the Website to advertise third-party services.

6. Personal Data

6.1. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy

6.2. By submitting an application through the Website, the User confirms consent to the transfer of data for concluding an agreement.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. For Users from Ukraine: disputes are resolved according to the legislation of Ukraine (place of consideration — Sobornyi District Court of Dnipro).

7.2. For Users from the EU/Spain: GDPR norms apply, disputes are resolved through mediation or courts of Barcelona.

8. Changes to the Agreement

8.1. The Owner has the right to make changes to the Agreement without prior notice. The new version comes into force from the moment of publication on the Website.
